RSS Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These RSS Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RSS feeds provided by Uncesource ("we", "our", "us"). By subscribing to or using our RSS feeds, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility

All content distributed through RSS feeds is the intellectual property of Uncesource or its partners. Copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights remain with the respective owners. Unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited.

6. Feed Availability and Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date feeds. However, feeds may be delayed, incomplete, or removed without notice. We are not liable for inaccuracies, omissions, or interruptions in feed delivery.

7. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your RSS feed access at any time for violations of these Terms or legal reasons, without prior notice.

8. Advertising in Feeds

RSS feeds may include advertising or sponsored content. Such content is clearly marked. Advertising does not affect editorial independence, and by using RSS feeds, you acknowledge the presence of ads.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uncesource and Quantisnet Ltd are not liable for:

• Losses or damages from using RSS feeds,
• Inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated content,
• Loss of business, revenue, or data caused by feed usage,
• Third-party content linked through RSS feeds.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Uncesource, Quantisnet Ltd, and their affiliates, officers, and employees from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your misuse of RSS feeds or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Scottish courts.
